What our company provides
Learn our step by step process of how we do your yearly maintenance
When we get to your front door we want you to be relieved that we are there to help. Our routine for a system maintenance consists of our technicians checking the indoor unit, outdoor unit, ductwork, exhaust piping and asking you for any concerns you may have. In order for us to make sure all bases are covered and make sure your system is running to its full potential and that you are comfortable in your own home.
When we check the outdoor condenser we start with making sure there are no obstructions preventing airflow around your unit and make sure the condenser coil is not clogged up. If it is dirty, we wash it with a water hose. We then proceed to check if we have proper voltage, amperage, check the microfarad of the capacitor, windings of the compressor and windings of the contactor. If any components are under the threshold or no longer work we will proceed to inform you and receive your premision to change components, as well as go over pricing. This will also be the process if we are to find any issues on your indoor system. If you decide to reject any replacement of components. We will document the issues we found so that you will be aware of them in the future if you decide to fix those issues later on.
Once completed outside we will proceed inside your home with your permission. We will check the air filter, check the evaporator coil, check voltage and amperage, drain configuration, check to see if the drain is clogged, inspect ductwork, secondary drain pan, and purge the primary condensation drain line. All components in a hvac system are important so we treat them as such.
Once we complete our maintenance all issues will be brought to your attention if you asked us to do so. It is our mission to make sure your unit is operating properly and that you are comfortable in your home with your HVAC system. To us you are our family so we thank you for trusting us and choosing us as your HVAC provider.
